The best pattern I have found is a simple but beautiful pattern. Even for a notice knitter.
Cast on 63, begin with knit three, then perl three, and continue in k3, p3 pattern until last three which should be knit stitches. Flip over, start with knit 3 again in same pattern. This way you always start with knit and end with knit.

This is an alternated moss stitch. Use soft yarns, I personally like Simply Soft. I hope this helps. Keep practicing, this is such an important ministry.

Ancel Keys demonstrated once and for all back in the 40’s that semi-starvation makes people incapable of rational thought, instead driving them into an obsession with food, bodies and minutiae – now that same thing, basic malnutrition, is marketed to young women as a desirable lifestyle, go figure on what that will do to their brains.
